When will I receive my order?
We will process your order within 24 hours and have it shipped within 48 hours. If your order is in before noon eastern time, your order will most likely be shipped that day! Orders are processed Monday through Friday. If your order is placed on a weekend, it will be processed on Monday.
While we work hard to make sure your orders are processed and shipped in an efficient manner, sometimes problems do arise. If there is an issue with your payment or the item you have ordered is out of stock, it could affect your shipping times. However, we will notify you if there are any issues.

Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes, within 24 hours of making an order, you will receive a confirmation email. This email will contain a tracking number that will allow you to have access to up-to-date shipping information. If you haven’t received a confirmation email, contact customer service immediately. Make sure to check your spam and junk folders in case the email has been sent there.
Why didn't I get a tracking number in my confirmation email?
Sometimes the United States Postal Service does not give tracking numbers to items shipped as a first-class package. As a rule of thumb, USPS first-class packages usually arrive 3-7 business days.
Can I make a return?
We will accept any products within thirty days of your purchase. However, the item must be unused. We will not accept any used, dirty or damaged products. Clearance and discontinued items are not eligible for these purchases.
With each accepted return, we will issue a refund for the price of the item with two options: on the original payment method or on a gift card. We do not reimburse for the cost of shipping and you are responsible for the cost of shipping items back to us.
How do I make a return?
Our return policy is extremely easy. Contact customer service to get full return instructions. If you are eligible for a refund, we will issue your money back as soon as we verify your return. Getting your refund processed could take up to five days to get your money back.
Can I exchange my product?
Unfortunately at this time we do not allow exchanges. You are more than welcome to return the item and place a new order. We will make the process extremely easy, all you need to do is call customer service.
I received the wrong items. What should I do?
While we strive to make sure that every package is shipped efficiently and correctly, mistakes do happen. If you realize that a mistake has been made with your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make sure to quickly send the correct items at no cost to you.
